 The topic that has caught my attention the most within what I have been in my career is undoubtedly the "Attachment Theory" seen in the classes of basic psychological processes, in classes it was difficult for me to take notes because I preferred to focus on understanding the Concepts seen that were essentially social needs, psychological needs, attachment theory, among others ... The topics seen in class caught my attention because it highlights the importance of childhood in the processes that are going to be faced as an adult and also the complexity of the mind. In addition, the classes taught by Professor Juan Wilson were very interactive and the matter was explained in a very detailed way to facilitate the understanding of the various topics seen in the classes.

 In my life I have admired many people both close and famous, many times I have been disappointed in such people. One of the people I have deeply admired is an Argentine psychology doctor and he is also a clinical sexologist who makes videos on YouTube, his name is Bernardo Stamateas. His videos are quite short and he manages to synthesize key aspects of psychology in a very simple and affordable way for everyone. Personally, I like it because at times when I was very bad emotionally, it helped me realize that certain aspects of my life were going wrong. Obviously videos on web platforms are not as effective as going to therapy, but it is essential to remember the null emotional education that is received at school, it is of the utmost importance that we learn to know ourselves to improve our well-being and be able to establish healthier relationships
